In this article I’m going to introduce you to 3 things you can incorporate into your lifestyle that can help you achieve balanced horseback riding.
Most people don’t think much about balance when they decide to ride a horse. It’s common to think that balance does not play much of a role since the majority of people ride their saddle instead of riding their horse.
I’ve been active all my life and I have always been a natural athlete. I’m no Olympic athlete but I did play sports at a collegiate level, so staying healthy, strong and in shape is part of my lifestyle, which I incorporated at a very young age. Therefore, I love to seek out new ways to improve my health and well-being.
Actively seeking ways to improve my balance over the last 4 or 5 years has been an adventure. It is not something that most people think about on a daily basis but I’m a little obsessed so bear with me.
If you love riding horses then maybe these few tips will come in handy. Please consider the source it’s coming from… me who loves being active and staying in shape.
Please view my video below. I have kept it short and sweet but I felt I could not express my thoughts on this subject well enough in writing, so I decided to provide a short video.
Enjoy!
