We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product you order from SOULFUL EQUINE, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or full refund. Items returned in new condition after 30 days and within 90 days are eligible for a full refund in the form of a store credit. We cannot give refunds after 90 days.
Special order, drop ships, sale items and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Books, videos, CDs, DVDs, downloadable info-bundles and software are not returnable unless otherwise stated.
Please include a brief explanation for the reason of the return and send a copy of your original invoice. You will be responsible for shipping on returned items. We recommend Insured US Mail to assure your returns are covered in case they are lost.

Security Policy
At SOULFUL EQUINE we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on SOULFUL EQUINE’S secure server. It cannot be read in transit.
